Playing to Our Strengths
You’re looking for an unboring, wildly engaging approach to training that gets people out of their heads and expanding their comfort zone. There are three main ways I can help.
Workforce Development
Full-body, big-grin workforce development that actually gets to those so-called ‘soft’ skills you can’t teach with PowerPoint or a model on a whiteboard.
Every session is bespoke. Common themes we explore are:
Creative confidence: Manage and thrive in uncertainty, discover the confidence that comes from not-knowing.
Presenting with Presence: Ditch the script and speak from the moment to win hearts and shift minds.
Complexity Explorer: How do you plan when the future is unknown? Discover the adaptability you need.
Workshops can be a half-day, full-day, or 1.5 days and come with a design session and optional debrief. I personally deliver all workforce development workshops.
Folks typically spend $5,000 - $15,000+GST (plus travel expenses) on these services.
Community Workshops
Engage your community in an art form that it can own and play with. All you need is community spirit and an empty hall. It is perfect for remote and regional communities.
Every session is designed to light a spark that lives after the workshop. Here’s how we do it:
Build connection: Improvisers need to connect. We build community and connection in the room.
Take risk: Taking risks together deepens connection and builds established bonds that endure after the workshop.
Learn the art of play: Connection and risk provide the ground for learning the art of play.
Workshops can be a full-day or 1.5 days. These sessions are delivered by world-class, internationally trained teachers from my social enterprise, Only the Human.
Folks typically spend $2,500 - $5,000+GST (plus travel expenses) on these services.
